Ashley Wishman

Ashley Wishman aka Fitmom is a Charleston native. She is married to her husband Ryan and has two children, Olivia (8) and Hunter (4). She is a full time working mom as an area manager overseeing 7 locations and over 60 employees.

New into fitness, She discovered Gunnar and has been training with Goalhouse for over 3 years. She has one of the biggest transformations to date. In the last year, she has been hyper focused on proper nutrition and building muscle. Her favorite motto is choose your hard. Choosing to be unhappy and unhealthy in your own skin is hard, choosing to be fit and work out is hard.

Which hard do you choose?

Elizabeth Donehue

My name is Elizabeth Donehue and I am a wife and mother to three busy boys aged 8, 6 and 4. I have been married for 18 years- my family is my greatest joy! I have always been passionate about fitness. I began dancing ballet at a young age and continued through high school. In college I joined my collegiate dance team at the University of South Carolina. Go Cocks! Dance helped me to develop a deep appreciation for staying active and healthy.

My college days are long gone but health and fitness remain my obsessions. I believe that taking care of your body and mind is essential for a healthy and fulfilling life. Staying physically fit helps me feel energized and confident, and it allows me to keep up with the demands of being a busy mom.

I am also a proud advocate for plant-based living, which I believe is beneficial for personal health but also has a positive impact on the environment. I often share my favorite plant-based recipes and products on social media and encourage others to explore a plant-based lifestyle.

As a wife, mother, and advocate, I am committed to living a balanced life that prioritizes my physical and mental health. AND… I think you should too! It’s worth the effort. You’ll be proud of the person you become. It’s time to BOSS up! I’ll be cheering for you!

Kristen Gaskins

I am a wife, and mom of two little kids [& one rescue pup], and a full-time working business owner. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA, attended Auburn University [War Eagle!], and now reside in Charleston, SC with my family. My husband and I are in the hospitality business - currently owning (4) restaurant concepts throughout the US & USVI, and operating a hospitality-based management company. I work full-time for our company managing all things accounting & payroll, social media & marketing, and other admin-based duties.

My love of fitness and fitness-based challenges began in my youth, swimming competitively year-round from the age of 5 until 18. But after college, I found myself wondering what to do to keep exercise and fitness a part of my life now that organized sports were over. For years I did nothing, it was like I didn’t even know where to start. I was skinny, but not fit, and I began to get frustrated with myself and the way I looked & felt. During Covid, I decided to challenge myself to start running. Having never been a runner, I could not even run a mile when I started, but in fall of 2022 I completed my first half marathon. In mid-2022 I found my way to Gunnar through a friend, and after a few extra tough workouts I realized he was the fitness push I needed. I had set a goal of ‘being in the best shape of my life at 40’, and I can tell that I’m well on my way!

I currently workout pretty hard 2-3 days a week, and am just starting my training for a full marathon that I am signed up to run [the day after I turn 40] in fall of 2023.

When I am not working or working out you can find me enjoying a glass of wine, socializing with my friends & family, convincing my husband to get another foster dog, or trotting the globe on an adventure with my crew.

As a busy working mom of three active girls, Goalhouse has been life enhancing on many levels.  From the community and truly wonderful friends that I have made to the intensity that I didn’t think was possible from on-line workouts, Goalhouse has taken my fitness to the next level.  It has honestly elevated the fitness and overall health of my entire family.  The support, accountability, expertise, and encouragement to push myself to the next level are unparalleled and separate Goalhouse from other programs.  Goalhouse has changed my body but more importantly my mindset about fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
